5 experts tips to achieve the red carpet of shining skin

With the Oscars around the corner there is growing anticipation to find out who the winners are crowned, and increasingly all eyes will be directed at which designer dresses will carry the stars – how they are styled.

I spoke to Dr. Uliana Gicht, known as “The Wrinkle Doctor”, founder of the London Aesthetics Medicine (LAM) Clinic, a globally recognized pioneer and visionary in aesthetic medicine; And to Doctor Simon Ourian MD, who has become the official expert of Hollywood's A-listener and has an unprecedented list of customers that contains the Kardashian-Jenner family, Lady Gaga, Megan Fox and Winny Harlow, to name just. I asked both what they advised their customers to achieve radiant skin in front of a large event, and they informed me of some of their best secrets.

Skin care is on the rise as an industry. A current global annual report from Researchandmarkets.com states that the global market for cosmetic skin care in 2024 has a value of $ 146.6 billion and is expected to achieve 197.2 billion US dollars by 2030, which is growing from 2024 to 2030 to a CAGR of 5.1%.

Experts tips for bright skin: sleep and fluid intake

Dr. Gout revealed her five tricks for the shining skin of A-list. First, she suggested that at least two days before a big event to get as much sleep as possible to maximize the restoration of the quality tissue. “This stops swollen or sunken eyes and gives this peach -colored glow when the blood flow is optimized,” she says.

This Council is also supported by Doctor Simon Ourian, who told me about Zoom that the greatest concern for his customers, who are preparing for events in the red carpet, is to achieve the radiant, flawless glow that reflects health and adolescence under intensive lighting and cameras. He explained that they often focus on improving the skin structure, reducing signs of tiredness or limp and ensuring the softening of the fine lines and wrinkles and at the same time looking completely natural. “High -quality sleep is the key to healthy skin,” he agrees because he “repairs the body himself during sleep, and the skin too”. He explains that it also offers your skin the opportunity to enable well -rested rejuvenation.

Drinking two liters of water per day is another tip that both experts offered. Dr. Gout's third tip was the suggestion that we “reduce or stop” salt a week before the event to combat curved eyes “, and Dr. Ourian added that we should avoid drinking diuretics such as tea, coffee and alcohol.

Clinic and home treatments

Both experts also recommend treatments at home or in the clinic as their final tips. “Pour your face with hyaluronic and glycerin masks 48 hours earlier, let a thick layer switched on for 30 minutes and wash it off with gentle, not more extreme cleaner,” says Dr. Gout. “Repeat immediately before the event to bounce at a maximum!” It also proposes non-invasive skin-tightening treatments on how they are offered in her London Aesthetic Medicine clinic with multi-award-winning clinic.

If you are pushed for time, you can do some things at home. Dr. Ourian tells me that home devices can also be effective. “Behind the glow of every celebrity is a secret and one that all the brides would also like to reach. I saw the transformative effects of LED light therapy on the skin first-hand, ”he says. “An LED facial mask uses the light force to reduce inflammation and promote collagen production, which leads to a healthier and radiant complexion.”

For the best results, Dr. Gout me that home LEDs have to be of high quality and energetic and longer periods of time. “They work best if they are paired with strategic skin care in the medical class,” she says.

There are many LED masks on the market, including the recently introduced ZIN-LED-Light therapy face mask, which is practical, effective and result-oriented.

Skin care products

I asked her how important it is to have good skin care routine all year round, and Dr. Well told me that when choosing products, everything was about strategically being with ingredients, pH and percentages. It is therefore always worthwhile to obtain an analysis of your skin and a tailor -made skin care regime. “My personal three ingredients are hyaluronic acid, retinoids and antioxidants. But please make sure that all contraindications for skin care, e.g. B. pregnancy, sensitivities, breastfeeding, allergies, etc. are excluded, ”she says.

Interestingly, expensive products are not always the most effective. “What makes the product effective is not necessarily the price,” he says, “but the ingredients that contain it and of course the quality of these ingredients.”

The personalization philosophy of Dr. Ourians focuses beyond topical treatments and is more about general well -being from inside and outside. He recently presented a AI-controlled supplementary area called Simon Ourian MD's daily ritual, tailored to individual wellness needs. This addition supports energy, mood, intestinal health, skin radiation and general well -being, from which he claims that you are ideal for everyone who wants to have a skin with red carpets.

When preparing for an event at home, Dr. Ourian another tip: “Make sure that every product you use for your event you use before use! This is not the time to see that they are sensitive to them, ”he says. He adds that facial masks are a great way to complement your skin care regime because they create a barrier over the skin that enables the active ingredients to be better absorbed and improve the effectiveness of the other products in their daily routine.

Some face masks can also be kept overnight, such as the face mask of youth and earth.

A shift to natural looking beauty naturally

There was a shift to natural looking beauty from the search for perfection. Dr. Ourian explains that his customers want results that seem seamless, invisible and of course beautiful. The highlight of the luxury now looks like an improved version of itself, radiant and glowing, as if they are woken up. “We passed over striking, exaggerated aesthetics and accepted subtle changes that improve without giving away themselves. It is a positive development because it corresponds to our innate sense for what is beautiful: real authenticity and a harmonious look ”. Dr. Gout agrees and tells me that natural beauty has developed in a healthy way in recent years. “The less approach, coupled with prevention, becomes a basic discussion in my clinic,” she says.

With regard to skin care, we see a transition to this approach “less is more” with the climb of the Skinimimism in 2025. Therefore, a focus is predicted on healthy, bright skin with minimal products. According to Omnia Academy, the trend is a number of multifunctional skin care elements that simplify the routines with a shift to natural textures and designs in make-up.

When I thought about the above, I caught up with the award-winning designer Edward Perotti by email and said that as someone who designed unforgettable event experiences for Hollywood's biggest names, he learned that real beauty of the red carpets begins with authenticity and self-confidence. “Flying skin is not just a result of good skin care. It is the ultimate accessories that improve every designer dress and tuxedo. It is the perfect combination of inner radiation and external elegance that enables you to own every moment – from the first camera flash to the last farewell, “he said.
