A strange and confused lawsuit was submitted against WWE, UFC, the Rock and several other companies, including its production company, Seven Bucks Productions. Even bizarre, Soto claims that medical devices had secretly installed in his house and used without his consent to him. He claims that WWE, UFC, Effort and Seven Bucks productions have enabled executives, law enforcement officers and even politicians, including Donald Trump and his family, for treatment for mental health and drug abuse disorders.

The lawsuit also claims that Soto was subjected to harassment, stalking and discrimination, and suggests that WWE and UFC operate a “secret black market” for illegal activities.
