A person who was injured after shooting in Temple, Texas,

The victim informed the Temple Police Department that he was shot in the 2300 block of the Avenue Z.

Temple, Texas – one person was injured after a shootout that took place on Thursday in the 2300 Block of the W. Avenue Z of Temple, the Temple Police Department said in a press release.

At around 7:40 a.m., the Temple Police was sent to the 2400 block of the S 31st Street after reporting that someone had been shot.

On the arrival, the officers said reports to the victim who said that he was shot in the 2300 block by W aveneu z.

According to the police, the victim, who suffered life -threatening injuries, was taken to a nearby hospital by a friend. No further injuries were reported at this point.

The law enforcement authorities are on site to investigate this incident, said Temple PD.
