Duke had his most nerve-wracking moment of the season on Thursday at his ACC tournament against Georgia Tech. Flag wasted with the blue devils and shone his ankle. His schedule for the return is unknown, but Duke trainer Jon Scheyer said this after the game when he was asked whether Flagg will play again in the ACC tournament: “It's not worth it.”

The first semester phenomenon and the alleged NBA -Draft -Pick No. 1 did justice to the enormous hype with which he arrived in Durham in a dominant season, one of the best for a newcomer to the history of Duke and ACC.

His injury will surely have an impact on the Blue Devils, but they declared admirable on Thursday to achieve an angry comeback offer from North Carolina on Friday to advance the conference title game.

In a down year for the ACC, Louisville is one of the other NCAA tournament locks outside the Duke. Can the cardinals in the ACC tournament finale face a challenge for the Blue Devils?

It was a disappointing campaign for North Carolina, which started the season as No. 9 team, but the ACC tournament occurred on the wrong side of the NCAA tournament bubble. The Tar Heels ended strongly by winning their first two conference tournament games and only briefly became Duke in the semi -finals. But will that be enough?
