ACC women tournament data, location, schedule and more

The 47th annual basketball tournament for the Ally Acc women will take place this week from Wednesday, March 5th to Sunday, March 9th, in the First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina.

With the expansion of the Atlantic Coast Conference, tournament 15 of the 18 ACC teams will contain. The lower three teams in the conference classification have not qualified for this year's tournament. There will be 14 games, starting with three games in the first round on Wednesday.

The campaign begins on Wednesday with three games in the first round. Four games are planned in the second round on Thursday, followed by the quarter -finals on Friday, March 7th, on Saturday and the championship game on Sunday afternoon.

NC State and Notre Dame have reached the top position of the conference with an identical 16: 2 records, but it is the Wolfpack who deserves number 1 in this year's tournament due to their head-to-head victory against the fighting Irish. The UNC -Frauen -Basketball program is the No. 5 seed and begins on Thursday morning with your ACC tournament.
