According to House Judiciary, IRS leaked out tax payer data from 405,000 Americans, including Trumps

According to IRS, a former contractor for the Internal Revenue Service has carried out the records of over 405,000 taxpayers, including President Donald Trump's tax returns. The contractor, Charles Edward Littlejohn, serves a five -year prison sentence after he was guilty in January 2024.

More than 405,000 taxpayers received a notification of the leaks, whereby around 89% of them were branches, as stated by the IRS. The Republicans of the Judicial Committee of the House of Representatives emphasized that the actual scale of IRS -LEKS was much larger than originally from the bidges.
