According to the BBPD, Florida's fatal shooting case fulfills your ground criteria

The Boynton Beach police authority published an update about a shootout in which five people were injured and killed one. The case fulfills Florida's “Stand Your Ground” criteria.

The fatal shootings took place in the early morning of January 19 on the Ne 2nd Street. At the scene, the police found five people with gunshot wounds, the sixth victim transported themselves to an emergency center.

One person was declared dead by the shootout, the 31-year-old of it.

BBPD gave an update on the case on Thursday after an examination. The police said that Wood from Fort Lauderdale seems to have been the main attack. With the information, evidence and testimony that BBPD detectives collected throughout the examination, this case fulfills their Basic Law to the criteria of Florida.

Florida's “Stand Your Ground” setting, which is set in Florida in Section 776.012, enables individuals to turn violence, including deadly violence, without withdrawing if they are reasonably the opinion that it is necessary to prevent immediately upcoming death or great physical damage.
