The Houston police said they were called in a report on a shootout in the 1000 block of Almeda Genoa.

When the officials arrived, they found that a man had been shot at least once.

The man was declared dead at the crime scene.

Providing information is that the victim came to a tire business where the victim had a vehicle.

The victim went in and complained to the owner about how long the repair took.

The fight became physically during the argument.

The owner's son then came out with a weapon and shot the victim.

Investigators of the murder will then be handed over to the public prosecutor to determine whether charges are submitted.
