Amber Alert Arbitration: Failed suspect from the hospital, imprisoned under several fees

A man from Chicago, who was accused of domestic stitches who were triggered to an Amber alarm on Friday, was released from the hospital and is held in the Lake County prison for several charges.

The attacks led to the death of a 33-year-old woman and critically wounded her two sons.

What we know:

Marcus Bausley, 39, from Chicago, is charged with resistance to the law enforcement authorities in Indiana. He also waits for the delivery to Illinois, where, according to the Sheriff department of the Lake County, he is available for attempted murder, heavy battery and kidnapping.

Bausley was taken to the hospital shortly after his arrest on Friday morning on the I-65 near the 137th Street in Indiana.

The background story:

Bausley is accused of having killed the 33-year-old Teone Jones and violating her two young sons in the event of sting incidents.

According to the police, the first attack occurred shortly before 7 p.m. on Thursday in the 7100 block of the South Eberhart Avenue in Greater Grand Crossing.

Jones was stabbed several times in the back and stomach, the authorities said. She was taken to the University of Chicago, where she was declared dead.

Around 8.10 p.m. on Thursday, Jones' eleven -year -old son was suffered from the mixed wounds to the belly in the 200 Block of West 66th Street, the police said.

He was brought to Comer Children's Hospital in a critical condition. Jones' younger son was reported as missing.

On Friday at 1 a.m., the Chicago police published a child's childcare for Jones' missing 8-year-old son, who had been stabbed several times in the chest, the authorities said.

The Amber alarm showed that the boy was last seen around 7:40 p.m. in the 7100 block of the South Eberhart Avenue, the same place as the first attack. According to reports, he was seen in an SUV with Bausley.

Hours later, the surveillance video showed the child who went to a petrol station near the 82nd street and the women Avenue, where he was looking for help with an employee.

The Amber alarm was canceled at 4:23 a.m. after the Illinois State Police had confirmed that the boy had been found.

He is treated in the Comer Children's Hospital and is listed in a critical condition.

Suspicious arrested:

Bausleys' vehicle was found by a license plate warning system, and the authorities started on Friday around 9:30 a.m. on the I-65 and the US 30 in Merrillville.

After his vehicle was stopped, he reported to get out and held a knife on his neck before the officials arrested him.

The police transported Bausley to the treatment of a superficial wound on his neck and a stab wound on his stomach.

What's next:

It is unclear when Bausley will be delivered to Illinois, but in the meantime it is captured in the prison of Lake County.
