According to Mateea Petrescu, the spokesman for the brothers, the right influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, ended up in a private jet on Thursday.

The Tate of Brothers, who are two US and British citizens, had previously been forbidden to leave Romania after they were arrested in 2022 and were charged with rape, human trade, money laundering and establishing an organized crime group. You have denied all misconduct.

On Thursday after landing, Tate spoke to the media outside of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Florida and said: “I think my brother and I are largely misunderstood. There are many opinions about us – all the things that go around us on the Internet. ”

He added that “it should be innocent until it turned out to be guilty of how my brother and I are.”

Ioan Gliga, her lawyer, said CNN that the brothers left Romania on Thursday morning and flown to Florida.

“You no longer have a ban on travel … At the request of the lawyers, the prosecutor changed the content of the previously imposed obligations,” said Gliga.

Petrescu, the spokesman for the brothers, would not comment on who paid the flight or where the two travel next.

The decision of the Romanian authorities to abolish the ban came after the USA had put Bucharest under pressure to facilitate the restrictions on action, a self-proclaimed women's enemy who has a large online tag and has become a Célèbre on American law.

At the beginning of this month, the Financial Times, citing sources, reported that President Donald Trump's government had pushed the Romanian authorities to increase the travel limits for the act on the phone when Trump's special officer Richard Grenell Romania hit Romania Hurezeanu at the Munich Security Conference in Germany.

Hurezeanu later confirmed that he had discussed the brothers with US officials, but did not say that he was put under pressure.

A spokesman for the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Thursday that it had “no pressure, no inquiries” in the discussions. Also on Thursday, officials from the White House said that there was no direct role in the US government to bring the crime to Florida.

In an explanation, the Romanian prosecutors emphasized that only the travel restrictions had been canceled, while “all other obligations remain in force, including the requirement that they appear to the judicial authorities when they were conjured up”.

The Gliga lawyer told CNN that the Tate brothers will return to Romania in less than a month on March 24 in less than a month.

The decision to increase travel limits was largely criticized by politicians in Romania.

Elena Lasconi, a candidate for the presidential election in May, said that she was “outraged” by the decision and the authorities should explain whether her decision was made in the context of external pressure.

“We cannot accept Romania's image by impunity and despite being clouded,” said Lasconi. “Otherwise, what message do we send to the world? That someone can get through with money and influence in Romania? ”

In the United States, the Governor of Florida, Ron Desantis, proposed in the United States that the Tate brothers are not welcome in his state.

At a press conference, Desantis said that “Florida is not a place where you are welcome with this kind of behavior” when you were asked for Andrew Tate's arrival in Fort Lauderdale.

In addition to the indictment in Romania, Tate also stands in the United Kingdom of four women who claim that they were raped and inevitably checked by him before winning his huge online tender. Tate denies the allegations.

In a explanation shared with CNN, the women said that they were “incredulous and feel traumatized” by reporting that he was allowed to leave Romania, and said they feared that they were feared that his newly discovered freedom would be used to “continue to spread violent, women -free teaching around the world”.

“There is now a great risk that criminal persecution will not proceed because of its alleged crimes in Romania,” they said.

Matthew Jury, the lawyer who represents the alleged victims, told CNN: “Every idea that the deeds return to Romania when there is a risk that they are detained is imaginative.”

The jury added that Romania “may not give up judicial control (about the crime), but has given up any effective or practical control”.

In an earlier statement, the jury said that Bucharest had “lay” to raise the travel restrictions and that he found the decision “disgusting and dismayed”.

Later on Thursday, British Prime Minister Keir Starrer Trump will meet for talks in Washington, DC. The jury hopes that Starer will use the meeting “Address this topic” on behalf of the alleged British victims.

Tate that has been shot on Internet -Ruhm in recent years and collected billions of views on male dominance, submission of women and wealth in Tiktok was banished by almost all social media platforms before Trump has now taken over consultants Elon Musk X and reinstated his account.

In Romania, the first criminal proceedings against Tate and his brother failed in December when a Bucharest court decided not to start the procedure, citing errors in the indictment.

A Romanian court increased a house arrest against the act in January and replaced it with an easier preventive measure. In October, a court decided that he was supposed to get luxury cars worth around 4 million euros (4.43 million US dollars), which were confiscated by prosecutors until the investigation.
