Andrew Tate wipes phone in the middle of Florida Criminal rehearsal

The alleged rapist and human dealer Andrew Tate said that he wipes his phone every evening when he was asked about the new criminal investigation by Florida's attorney in Tate and his brother Tristan.

His comments came when he was asked by the American political commentator Candace Owens on her YouTube channel whether he felt comfortable to stay in the state.

Newsweek Has contacted Tate via e -mail to get a comment.

Why is it important

The brothers, the two US citizens, were arrested at the end of 2022 and officially charged in Romania last year for sexual trade suspects. Andrew Tate was also charged for rape. Both deny the accusations. Tate continued to insist that he broke no laws and pointed out that he was never brought to court for crime, let alone convicted of crimes.

What to know?

In the Owens interview, which was broadcast on Wednesday after the announcement of the investigation, the 38-year-old former professional kickboxer and self-proclaimed women's enemy said: “Come on, arrest me, put me, put me in the news, say to everyone, I am a human dealer. You don't think? You don't think I'm ready?”

“I am a navy seal in this S ** T. He added.

His outbreak followed Owens jokingly: “You probably don't want to be in Florida anymore”, to which he replied: “No, I don't, but that thing is when I go now, you will think I'm guilty of something.” He added that instead he “stayed here”.

Allegations towards Tates

Tate and his brother Tristan look like a series of civil and criminal legal cases in a number of countries. They were accused of having created human trafficking and an organized group to sexually explain women in Romania, and Andrew Tate is also accused of rape, as the BBC reports.

In the United States, Tate and his brother Tristan stand in front of a lawsuit initiated by a woman who claims that they had forced them to sex work, and then differentiated them after she had given evidence to the Romanian authorities. They are also exposed to separate, non -related charges for rape, human trafficking and tax evasion in Great Britain

They deny any misconduct.

Not welcome in Florida

After the arrival of the crime in Fort Lauderdale last week, governor Ron Desantis reporters said that the brothers were not welcome in Florida.

After the announcement, Andrew Tate, formerly Twitter, published on X that Florida's criminal investigations against him, because of his “monumental political weight”, is politically motivated to influence the breed of the governor of the state.

In a performance at the beginning of this week on the PBD podcastAndrew Tate accused the Governor of Florida to limit the media pressure, and claimed that he had a US pass and the right to visit his home country.

Tate is a very influential social media figure with millions of followers, many young men and school children are attracted to his wasteful online personality. He and his brother Tristan are pronounced supporters of Donald Trump.

What people say

Said Tate about the PBD podcast: “I don't know why Ron's answer is not: 'He has an American passport. The judicial system in Romania, which I know absolutely nothing about, has decided to let him fly and he flew into his home country. For us, he has not broken any laws.”

He continued: “Instead, he said:” We will make our Attorney General find some laws that he broke and to destroy this man who has done nothing in the United States. “

Governor Ron Desantis said his arrival last week: “We are not involved. I have read about it in the media. Obviously, the federal government is responsible for whether they want to submit its entry to the United States, and I am confident whether it is Pam Bondi or Kristi Noem that they will be looking at it.

“I know that our Attorney General, James Uthmeier, the state hooks and the responsibility that we may have to deal with it. But the reality, no, Florida is not a place where you are welcome with this type of behavior in the air, and I do not know how it came about. We were not involved, we were not noticed.”

The spokesman for the Tate of Brothers previously told Newsweek: “We remain committed to full transparency and will continue to comply with our legal rights.”

What's next

The Tate brothers have to return to Romania later this year, as they are still under the “judicial control” of the public prosecutor's Romanian special prosecutor. While you can travel outside the country, your criminal proceedings still take.
