The last few months have been both mentally and physically difficult. And at this point I have to move away from coaching and work on my mental health. As a trainer, we are a proud group and often do not look for the help we need to get better. To be open and honest, I have to fight with PTSD, fear, grief and depression. I have had these things crippled in the past few months. Through God's grace and myself, I humble myself in front of the cross that I am looking for the mental help and healing that I have to be myself again. I started visiting and learning sessions with a Christian consultant, working through my fear, grief and depression. When I say that, I encourage everyone who has to fight intellectual help to look for leadership and get the help you need. My new mission is to help other coaches to learn to work through mental health problems that are a struggle for them. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you want to speak! “
