Arrest in Deadly Collier County Shooting in Naples Manor Quarter

The Collier County's sheriff office says that a person was arrested in a quarter of Naples Manor. The shootout occurred on Wednesday in a house in the 5000 block of Texas Avenue. On Saturday, the MPs announced the arrest of Gael Garcia-Castro (22), who is charged with 20 murder of Emily Ruiz. On Wednesday, our Golf Coast News Crew saw a K-9 unit around 4 a.m. and a great presence of the law enforcement authorities. The crews said they had seen about a dozen MPs in tactical equipment, K-9 units and a helicopter that circled over their heads. The Collier County's sheriff office says that a person was arrested in a quarter of Naples Manor.

The shootout occurred on Wednesday in a house in the 5000 block of Texas Avenue.

On Saturday, the MPs announced the arrest of Gael Garcia-Castro (22), who is charged with murder to Emily Ruiz (20).

The Sheriff's office says Garcia-Castro and Ruiz are known to each other, and the shootout was not accidental.

On Wednesday, our Golf Coast News Crew saw a K-9 unit around 4 a.m. and a great presence of the law enforcement authorities.

The crews said they had seen about a dozen MPs in tactical equipment, K-9 units and a helicopter that circled over their heads.
