Arsenal 1-0 Chelsea, Premier League: reaction after the game, reviews

What can a Cole Palmer-Weniger Chelsea do, even if the protagonist of this team is not in shape? Maybe you could do something about the opponents with whom we were confronted in the last four games in which we won leads in very things. Against Arsenal it would be an interesting challenge to be an interesting challenge.

Arsenal, who played himself with a false nine, felt at home against a Chelsea team, without a real center forward being very comfortable in advance. In the last third, the blues offered very little when they had the ball and couldn't really keep it, while the Gunners attacked the opposition with several bodies and infiltrating runs, in which our defenders let dust eat from time to time.

So coordinates because the attacks have become known for their SET-Piece skills this season. They had not got out of corners for some time, but against a Chelsea team that apparently does not know how to get the best out of their own set-piece specialists, they would get back into the track with a mixed-merino head film.

Even if Chelsea hardly made it into the last third, we almost achieved a commitment to an absolute David Raya Howler. But we didn't make our own luck in the first half today, and luck itself was not on our side when the ball rolled out of the finish line for a few centimeters of Marc Cucurella's volley.

In the second half, Chelsea Arsenal's game level could get closer. But we still didn't get enough chances to score a goal, which made them very comfortable to simply close the game and take the three points home.

  • No Cole Palmer in the squad today due to injuries.
  • Reece James again in the starting line -up and plays in the central midfield.
  • A few more Robert Sánchez advertising gifts in this first half, although none of them really hurt us as they expected.
  • If Cucurellas goes into volley/rayas howler, this would be a completely different second half. Unhappy!
  • Next: Tottenham an der Stamford Bridge in the Premier League after the international break.
