Ash on Wednesday Advancement Recording for download available

Due to the snowstorm and other circumstances that some may prevent them from participating in personal adoration, the Iowa conference of the United Methodist Church has recorded an ASH Wednesday service under the direction of members of the conflict transformation education team. We do not try to replace anything that the local churches did, but we have also changed for the service for employees for employees.

This service includes prayers, hymns, writing, a message of reflection and the invitation to observe a sacred Lent. We hope that it offers a sensible opportunity for worship and spiritual renewal wherever you are.
