Berkeley County Man, who is charged with criminal sexual misconduct

Columbia, SC (toilet) – Law Enforcement Division in South Carolina has accused a man from Berkeley County, who is accused in two sexual assault in 2021 and 2024.

Vincent Lamont Gailliard, 50, is charged according to two cases of first-degree criminal sexual behavior.

Court documents state that the incidents took place on October 17, 2021 and on or around September 6, 2024.

Gailliard is accused of “providing an undesirable controlled substance”, which means that the victims “do not become mutually incapable and physically helpless to prevent the attack or escape their assault”.

Gailliard was instructed to the Berkeley County Detention Center.
