Berkeley NJ man was found guilty because of criminal sexual contact

Toms River – A man from Berkeley was found in criminal sexual contact this week, which took place in the Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in his hometown, said Ocean County, Bradley D. Billhimer.

The 67 -year -old David Taber was in the state prison up to 18 months ago when he is to be convicted on May 9 by the judge of the Supreme Court, Kenneth T. Palmer.

The incident occurred while Taber was a patient in the facility. An investigation showed that without her consent he touched a nurse on her breast, put her in a bear hut and tried to pull her pants down after the nurse tried to give Taber medication, the explanation says.

One of the nurse intervened and managed to separate the nurse from Taber. The incident occurred on March 22, 2023, and the police authority of Berkeley Township was called on site at around 6.50 p.m., according to the public prosecutor's office at around 6.50 p.m.

A jury in the Ocean County Justice Complex achieved her guilt after a criminal proceedings that lasted about a week by chairing Palmer, the explanation said.

The deputy prosecutor Julie Peterson is responsible for the case.
