The regular season of the Big Sky Conference Women's Basketball ended on Monday, March 3. The Big Sky Women's basketball tournament begins on Saturday, March 8th, in the Idaho Central Arena in Boise, Idaho.

The tournament takes place in a neutral location with seeds No. 1 and No. 2, which earns a preferred bye in the first round while playing a lower seed and then has a day free, while seed No. 3-6 also gets bye.
