Billings you were found guilty in the nightclub shooting of the night club

Billings -A jury found a billing man guilty of deliberate murder and manipulation on evidence of proof of a fatal shooting outside of a billing night club in 2023.

Xavier Thanae Buffalo was charged with the two crimes after shooting the 21-year-old Beau Harlan Beaumont on February 12, 2023 in the parking lot outside of America's wild vests at the Southgate Drive on February 12, 2023.

The trial began on Monday and the jury thought for a few hours on Thursday afternoon before gaining a judgment around 5 p.m.

On Thursday morning, defenders argued that Buffalo should be charged with evidence for manipulation, but they said that Buffalo had acted in self -defense and was under emotional and intellectual stress due to Beaumont, who suffocated his neck.

“They may agree to the state that Xavier was the attacker again, perhaps that way, but as a Beau, to push the neck of Xavier, must have brought Xavier in a reasonable fear of death, and this is a way that the state cannot rule out. The state cannot undoubtedly prove that this was not a self -defense, and that the defense lawyer, Blain, McGeier.

The public prosecutor said Buffalo initiated the fight and therefore cannot claim self -defense. They also said Beaumont tried to leave the establishment, and Buffalo had not reported that he had been suffocated.

“When did Beau lose this fight? He was essentially helpless to a man with a plan and a man who was crazy, and a man who was angry, and in this case he was probably angry for a week, said the deputy prosecutor of Yellowstone County, Ed Zink.

The conviction is held at an indefinite later point in time.
