Blake Lively fights for blocking private texts with other celebrity friends in the legal dispute: Report | Hollywood

Blake Lively's lawyers argued for a protection arrangement against Justin Baldoni to prevent Leck's private texts.

The legal team from Blake Lively presented a strong case on Thursday during a virtual trial and applied for a protection order to prevent Justin Baldoni from leaving private text messages between lively and her prominent friends. The persistent legal dispute has drawn a personal turn, whereby LIVELY's lawyers have expressed concerns about the potential publication of sensitive discussions that could damage their privacy and reputation.

Lively demands the privacy of texts with other celebrities

On Thursday, Meryl Conantski claimed: “There is a considerable probability of irreparable damage if marginal conversations with top -class people were to be incorrectly false in the event of the wrong hands”, during a hearing before the Federal Court in Manhattan.

The lawyer continued: “There are 100 million reasons for these parties to left information, since the PR value is greater than compliance with the orders of the court.” The lawyer also applied for the category “Only for the eyes of the lawyer” for sensitive information such as the above texts or the medical documents of the Gossip Girl Alum.

In response to it, Bryan Freedman, who represented Baldoni, assured the court that he fully agreed to protect LIVELY's medical documents and emphasized that his team had “no intention” to violate the order of the court in relation to their confidentiality. He added that Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds' Plan, “Prominent People” and “People who are powerful in the industry in the industry, would treat differently, as reported on page Six.

Baldoni's lawyers insure the privacy of third -party providers

Freedman claimed that Baldoni's legal team had “made great efforts in order not to mention third parties” and added: “I think the model order protects everyone.” He concluded: “We should not be put into a position in which we are those who have to run to court every time the lawyer only protects his eyes. My client has the right to defend himself”, as reported on page six.

Judge Lewis J. Liman did not make a decision on the case on Thursday, but said that the court is “strong in terms of the protection of the public's rights”, with a final decision.
