“There are 100 million reasons for these parties, information about the left, since the PR value is greater than the instructions of the court.”

A proposed protective arrangement that is already alive to the judicial and Baldonis teams to develop sensitive information.

But lively and Reynolds want the judge to create an additional security level that are known as a category “only for eyes” for the celebrity texts and for information about their mental health and security measures that they have taken in the feud.

RegulsSki found that the co-defendants of Baldoni “include people whose companies are based on the provision of information for press and content manufacturers”.

But Baldoni's lawyer Bryan Freedman shot back that lively and Reynold's' proposal was “unnecessary” and she “insulted that everyone would suggest that we would disregard a protection order”.

The lawyer added that lively and Reynolds' plan is wrongly “celebrities” and “people who are powerful in the industry”, unlike other people.

Conditions of the protection order, which the court is already considering, to offer sufficient protection without Freedman having to add “only the eyes of the lawyers”.

“My customers have the right to defend themselves, they have the right to transparency,” he told the court and added that his proposed setup should not be “abused”.

Liman did not governed immediately – both sides said: “I will soon give them my views” – but when he found that the case aroused considerable public interest, he warned that “there is a presumption of public access” in federal devices.

The judge added that the existing provisions of the proposed arrangement would already prevent third parties from sending information to the press – and that such leaks could be despised in court, a procedure that could lead to fines or even prison hours.

LIVELY referred Swift to Baldoni in a suspected text, in which she called herself and called Khaleesi from “Game of Thrones” and described Reynolds and Swift as “my dragons” according to Baldoni suit.

“If you ever get yourself to see Game of Thrones, you will appreciate that I am Khaleesi and how you have a few dragons,” Lively supposedly wrote.

“For good or bad, but usually for the better,” was another suspected text. “Because my dragons also protect those for whom I fight. So we all benefit from my beautiful monsters from me. You will too, I can promise you. “
