Brad Keselowski treated, released after the failure of the cooling system

Charlotte, NC – A failure of the cooling system forced the driver and team owner Brad Keselowski after the Nascar race on the Circuit of the Americas on Sunday.

Keselowski was treated and released after his 15th place in the race in the Infield Care Center on the route. He was brought into the medical facility and received IV fluids, according to Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing, the Keselowski co-owner team and drives for.

“Can confirm that he feels much better now,” wrote the team on social media.

The team found that Keselowski's condition caused a cool encounter defect.

The temperatures in Austin were almost 80 degrees on Sunday, with the temperature of the racing surface, according to the racing day cover, about 100 degrees overlap.

Keselowski is in his 16th full-time cup series season. He won the Nascar Cup Series Championship in 2012 and has 34 racing victories, most recently in May 2024 in Darlington.
