Brother of the victim's shooting reacts to the decision, Georgia Deputy, who has opened the fire

Miami-Dade County, Fla. – A member of Georgia will not file a charge after shooting and killing a man in South Florida during a traffic stop.

Leonard Cure was killed three years after the liberation from a prison in Florida, in which he served for 16 years because of a crime he had not committed.

Michael Cure is Leonard's brother.

“Heart screner, heartbreaking because there was so much promise and everything I could think is Florida from us for 17 years,” he said. “But now Georgia has put a nail in the actual coffin.”

Cure says his insult to the injury.

“I personally remained a bit optimistic,” he said about the study of the shootout.

Staff Sgt. Buck Aldridge claimed that he had overtaken Leonard Cure on Interstate 95 near the border between Florida-Georgia to cross the speed.

The man from Südflorida was defiant and began to question the official.

Michael Cure says his 53-year-old brother had just started to rebuild his life after he was relieved.

“His hands were on his truck, this guy still beat him,” he said. “That would send someone in frenzy.”

On Tuesday, Georgia revealed its final decision as the civil servant shooting and said: “At that time, the application of deadly violence was objectively sensible.”

“Personally, I don't think he took care of it,” said Cure.

The victim's loved ones indicate the record of the deputy.

Accordingly, Aldige was released from his earlier job as a peace representative at another police department, where he had problems and was accused of unnecessary violence during a traffic stop.

“And that's why we are today,” said Cure.

The famous lawyer Benjamin Crump, who represents the Cure family, said in an explanation that the decision of the DA will send a message that the officials can take life without consequence, and added that he would become further legal steps against the deputy Initiate Georgia.
