Brutal video shows alleged kidnapping in East Oakland

The police asks the public for help to identify a conversational powerful after a woman was brutally attacked in East Oakland on Tuesday afternoon and taken away by car.

A man tried to beat a car with a car shortly after 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, and then repeated her repeatedly before forcing her to the car, as from an alarm readiness of Oakland Police Department published on Thursday. The warning said that the woman “screamed that she was kidnapped” when she was forced into the car.

The department published a short video that shows a man who leaves a limousine in a black hoodie and, despite her resistance, forced a woman into the car. The video does not contain the original audio.

The police said the car was found later and decided to be stolen, but no person was found. The department described the woman as black, between 20 and 22 years old with black and blue dreadlocks or braids, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and approximately £ 140. She wore a bright hoodie and light jeans.

The authorities described the man as black, between 20 and 24 years, also 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with a thin building, “short twisted hair and a scar or a brand on his left cheek”. He wore blue jeans, white shoes and a black hoodie with a white logo on the back.
