Burke County's deputies examine the death of the shooting

Waynesboro, Ga. (Wrdw/dares) – The office of the Sheriff of the Burke County examined a shot death, we learned on Monday morning.

Captain Jimmy Wylds told us that he has not yet had much information, it will bring us to us as soon as possible.

We equipped ourselves after a viewer gave us the tip.

This will be the second shootout in the CSRA in one day.

A boy was also injured at a shootout in Augusta last night.

The MPs of the Richmond County Sheriff office were called to the 1800 Block of the Cornell Drive at 10:37 p.m. to investigate.

On arrival, the MPs found a male adolescent who had suffered gunshot wounds on his lower body.

He was taken to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries.

Last week there was a shot death in the parking lot of an Exxon petrol station on the 2061 Gordon Highway.

Officials say the shootout took place on Tuesday at 1:57 a.m.

Coroner Mark Bowen said Alvin Rivers from Thomson had been shot at least once.

The incident comes in the middle of one Outbreak of violent crime.

The large and small communities were affected on both sides of the Savannah River.
