Calling theft call leads to drugs, arrest resistance

Ruston's police arrested a man for numerous arrest warrants and drug suspicions after the officials reacted to a shop theft report in the family dollar store in the South Monroe Street.

Larry D. Fields, 57, was one of three men in the shop. Fields was found with a glass tube in the hand, which was usually used to smoke narcotics. A recording test showed that fields were sought on four arrest warrants due to non -procurement before the third district court.


A search of the vehicle The suspects used a brown bag with a white crystal -like substance directly under the seat of the fields.

Fields was arrested for possessions of a controlled substance, the possession of drug utensils and the four bank -purely. Its deposit was set at 3,250 US dollars.

This information was provided by a law enforcement agency as public information. People who were named or shown in photographs or video as a suspect in a criminal investigation or were arrested and accused of crime were not convicted of a crime and are innocently regarded before a court.
