Capreit picks up the Florida College Student Housing Housing Project

Capeit acquired Coastal Village, a 200-house student dormitory in South Fort Myers.

In the 19401 Skidmore Way, Coastal Village is located within a short path to Florida Gulf Coast University, a college of Division I, in which approximately 16,000 students take part. The acquisition of the off-campus community by Capreit represents the company's entry into the student apartment sector.

The Coastal Village, originally built in 2004, is an animal -friendly community that offers fully furnished houses with four private bedrooms each. The amenities of the community include a swimming pool outdoors, a fireplace, a place of residence in residents, a coffee bar, a private learning area and a fitness center on site. The houses include private terraces or balconies.
