Charge for 2 suspects about fatal shootout on the I-480 in Bedford Heights charged

Cleveland, Ohio (Woio) – Two men who are accused of the I -480 in Bedford Heights at a fatal shootout are to be charged in Cuyahoga on Wednesday before the County Court of Common Pleas.

The 21 -year -old Michael Alvarado and Michael Roman (30) were charged with several charges in connection with the fatal shootout of Johndiel Rivera on February 1st on February 1st for the fatal shootout by Johndiel Rivera.

The prosecutor of Cuyahoga County, Michael O'malley, said the 19 -year -old Rivera drove home from work when a vehicle driven by Roman approached the exit of the Aurora Road.

O'Malley said, Roman and Alvarado, his passenger at the front, shot Rivera's car several times.

Rivera then lost control and fell into the concrete median of the highway.

After the crash, O'Malley said Roman and Alvarado returned to the scene and fired more shots in Rivera's car.

“These two people shot down a young father who simply tried to get home from work,” said O'malley. “Fortunately, they committed their crimes in front of the camera for the state of Ohio and the public.”

The Bedford Heights police discovered the body around 7 a.m. when he reacted to an abandoned vehicle on the highway.

The Bedford Heights police said Alvarado and Rivera worked together.

On the night of the murder, the police said Roman picked up Alvarado and was waiting for Rivera to leave work.

After the murder, the police said Alvarado broke off work for two days.

On February 26, Alvarado was arrested by the Bedford Heights police and Roman was arrested on February 28 by the Northern Ohio of the US marshals of violent refugee powers.
