Charge in Duquesne Deadly Double Shooting Case

Against a man who shot and killed two people in Duquesne this year ago, murder accusations that were accused were accused.

The 28-year-old Muhammad was arrested and charged with two cases of criminal murder in connection with the fatal shootout.

The shootout occurred in January in a house along the Commonwealth Avenue
And left 30-year-old Sean Johnson Jr. to be dead and left 39-year-old Catherine Lawing in a critical condition.

Lawing died in the hospital a few days after the shootout.

The police say that both victims were shot in the head.

Detectives of the police of Allegheny County Police Moricide led the investigation of the fatal shootout and identified Muhammad as a suspect through testimony and surveillance video.

Muhammad is held in prison by Allegheny County and is waiting for an indictment.
