Chase, Higgins agree with Bengal's contract extensions: Report

Cincinnati (Wxix) – The Bengals and Wide Receiver Ja'marr Chase and Tea Higgins have reportedly agreed to break in Cincinnati in Cincinnati for the foreseeable future.
