While your phone may automatically be updated by daylight for summer time, our body is not always so quickly adjusted. Here are a few tips that will help you jump into summer on Sunday, March 9th.

Update your watches in advance
While most smartphones and computers update the time automatically, there are a number of watches that you have to change manually. Consider updating the watches around your house, including those on your microwave, your oven and car before you go to bed on Saturday. In the morning you will be relieved that all of your watches have the right time.

Update your nightly routine
When the semester becomes busy, our sleep can suffer and the change of time can bring additional sleeping challenges. This is a great time to re -evaluate your sleeping needs and habits and practice a little more self -care in your sleep. Try to involve relaxing activities in a nightly routine that you can enjoy every evening before going to bed. This can help your brain to make it time to settle for the day. For example, you can take a shower or bathroom, drink a cup of tea that does not contain coffin, read a book (not on a screen) or listen to meditation. These types of activities help your mind and body to settle for a good sleep.

Stick to a consistent sleep schedule
It can be tempting to stay awake late or change your routine now because you have an hour less a day. However, sleep disorders can influence our mood, energy level, concentration and general health. The closer you adhere to your normal routine that you get between seven and nine hours of sleep every night, the faster your body will adapt to the time change.

Avoid the snooze button
Did you know that pressing the slot button in the morning can wake up your ability? Try to break the habit by determining an alarm that would normally do 10 minutes later when you would normally do, and place your phone or alarm clock out of reach. This will force you to get out of bed, which can help you jump your day.
