In a clip, Horner tells the camera: “The higher you get up, the sharper, the knife. I have reached the tip of my game and I would not have thought in a million years that I would have such a challenge in my career. It is a crucial time of the year I do, you are the foreground of the organization.

Horner's wife, the former Spice Girls singer Geri Halliwell, saw how she shares a car with her husband in a different shot in which she seems to talk about the scandal. Halliwell flew to a few races in early 2024 to join her husband and in the middle of some reports about tensions between them in the middle of the scandal to a unit.

Horner looked internally from the pressure, which doubted his position, including Max Verstappen's father Jos. With regard to the motives behind the accusations with which he was exposed to and the expiry of alleged evidence that was sent to journalists and Senior F1 numbers, Horner said in the clip: “It was obvious that the final goal was to leave Red Bull.”

There was also pressure from external sources. Toto Wolff, director of the Mercedes team, called for greater transparency for the investigation, while one of his biggest critics in the past year was McLaren Brown, who rarely wasted the opportunity to criticize the competitors of Red Bull's constructors.

It was for the latter for which Horner saved his bluntest return from everyone. He is heard by a Netflix microphone, says: “You find out who your friends are, isn't it?” Before adding Brown: “Zaks ap *** K – I'll get through it.”

Despite the turbulence from the route, the scandal did not do much to disturb Red Bull in these early weeks. Max Verstappen won seven of the first 10 races and after led in the first race of the year with team -mate Sergio Perez a two end of the Bahrain Grand Prix, Horner notes that the result “the best way to fuck them”.
