CID Season 2 becomes India's top trend show at Ott. Where to watch

After a six-year break, the legendary crime thriller-Cid achieved a spectacular comeback and excited them among the fans. The show, which returned to Sony TV and Sononyliv in December 2024, steadily gained anchoring and drawn both loyal spectators and a new audience. The CID relay 2.0 is now the excitement with a higher increase and officially came to Netflix, which makes one of the top trend shows on the Ott -Streaming platform.

The last season debuted on the streaming platform with the first 18 episodes published on February 21, 2025, and new episodes will fall every weekend. This step has brought CID to the top of the trend list of Netflix India, which proves its permanent popularity.

CID is a television series for Indian police procedures that was first broadcast on the Sony Entertainment Television on January 21, 1998. Created by BP Singh and produced in her first run under Fireworks Productions. The show was later continued for his second season under Banijay Asia. The series played Shivaji Satam as ACP Pradyuman, Aditya Srivastava as Sr. Inspector Abhijeeet, Dayanand Shetty as Sr. Inspector Daya, Dinesh Phadnis as inspector Fredricks and Narendra Gupta as Dr. Salunkhe.
