Clemson Sweeps DoubleHeader on the second day of Clemson Invitational

The Clemson Tigers continued on Saturday in Clemson Invitational and won their competition with a 12: 7 victory against North Carolina A&T and a 4: 3 victory against VCU.

Game 1:

In the first game of the Douleheader, the tigers gathered to defeat North Carolina A&T. Each of the nine batteries in Clemson's starting line -up scored at least one goal. Clemson also exceeds the Aggies 16-7.

Although the tigers were 3-0 in the lead in the first time, North Carolina A&T Clemson fascinated in the third inning for six runs and sent 10 batteries on the plate. The frame began with a solo homerun by Andrew Tinsley, which led to a flood of Baserunnern. The Aggies were able to chase the pitcher Jacob McGovern out of the game after only 2.3 inner work. This competition was the first start of the Lefty career.

In the home of the Eighth Inning, Luke Gaffney made an insurance run over a solo Homerun to the left field, the first from 2025. The tigers would take three runs in the eighth inning and extend their lead to five.

Game 2:

In the second game, Clemson took a close competition with VCU 4-2.

Clemson -Startkrug Ethan Dard started a quality start and successfully navigated six innings of work and allowed two deserved runs. Darden struck three and went the same at the same time.

The Tigers scored all their runs in the third inning, starting with a single center of Listi, and scored Jarren Purify, who had previously beaten a floor ball for an infield single. Only two batteries later doubled Tryston McCladdie in the left center and achieved two more. McCladdie would later score a goal on a wild field.

Clemson only allowed two runs throughout the competition, which came individually in the second and sixth place.

The Clemson -Pitching Bullpen ended the game strongly and counted three Inninging goalless baseball. Reed Garris was the only additional pitcher that was needed.
