Clinton Football hires Hamer Morgan as head coach

Morgan previously worked as a defensive coordinator.

There is a new but familiar face of the Clinton Arrows football program. On Tuesday, the school announced the official promotion of the defensive coordinator Hamer Morgan to head coach. Morgan also helped the team to perform in the Nach season 2022, 2021 and 2020 in the post-season game, where the arrows reached the 6a North State finals. Morgan replaces John Carr, who went with the arrows in February after just one season, in which they ended with 4: 6.

There is a new but familiar face of the Clinton Arrows football program. On Tuesday, the school announced the official promotion of the defensive coordinator Hamer Morgan to head coach.

Morgan has been with the program since 2015. During his time in the arrows, Morgan contributed to securing the title of 6a State Championship 2016. Morgan also helped the team in the late season in 2022, 2021 and 2020, where the arrows reached the finale of the 6a North State.

Morgan replaces John Carr, who went through the arrows in February after just one season in which they ended 4-6.
