CNN denies to change the video of Sean 'Diddy' Combs, who have attacked Cassie Ventura

The defense of Sean “Diddy” Combs accused CNN to change and destroy a video that shows the rapper who physically attacks his ex-girlfriend.

Hotel monitoring material, which was published by the outlet last May, showed Combs and Cassie Ventura, who dealt with a physical discussion. While the film material of the defense of Combs was made available in its federal sex trade process, the rapper claims “I will miss you”.

“The defense has confirmed by a forensic video analysis of the CNN film material, which the government made available to this dish and the film material provided by CNN in response to the defense supply that all CNN video material was significantly changed,” wrote Combs' legal team in a letter submitted on Thursday. “This includes covering the time stamp and changing the video sequence. It also includes accelerating the video so that the actions in the video take place faster than you. As a result, the CNN videos do not show the events in question.”

“Finally, the defense confirmed that CNN bought the only known copy of the hotel surveillance material, uploaded this footage into a free processing software, changed the video and then destroyed the original film material, even though she knew and reported on the federal investigation.”

CNN denied the allegations and explained that the original copy still exists.

“CNN never changed the video and did not destroy the original copy of the film material, which was retained by the source,” a spokesman for CNN told Fox News Digital. “CNN broadcast the story about the video a few months before the arrest of Combs.”

Diddy's houses were searched in March 2024 in connection with an examination of human trafficking. The video of Combs with Cassie, which contained a physical argument in 2016, was published in May 2024. In November 2023, the musician accused a civil lawsuit in November 2023, which accused her of a civil legal dispute a day later.

COMBS was later arrested and accused of prolonging conspiracy, sex trade with violence, fraud or coercion and transport to prostitution in September 2024.

The rapper was arrested in a hotel in New York, a source that was confirmed to Fox News Digital at that time. He was not guilty of all charges.

Diddy apologized for the behavior in the video six months after the settlement of Cassie's complaint about sexual abuse.

“My behavior in this video is unused,” said Combs in a explanation that was broadcast after the video. “I take full responsibility for my actions in this video. I was disgusted when I did it. I am now disgusted. I went and looked for professional help. I went to therapy and went to rehab. I had to ask God about his mercy and grace. I'm so sorry.”

Combs is currently behind bars when he is waiting for the process. The judge Arun Subramanian planned the rapper procedure on May 5. The public prosecutor expects the government to take six weeks, while Diddy's legal team now estimates that it takes two weeks to argue the rapper's defense.

The authorities claimed combs Leaded a criminal company through its shops, including Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises and Combs Global. He used “firearms, threats of violence, coercion and verbal, emotional, physical and sexual abuse” in order to meet his sexual wishes, according to the charges received by FOX News Digital.

Combs and his employees would “intimidate, threaten and curl female victims, often under the pretext of a romantic relationship. Combs then allegedly used violence, threats to violence and coercion to make sacrifices to realize themselves from expanded sex files with male commercial workers, which have been related, among other things, as a freak freak”. “

The rapper denied all allegations.
