Florida Gator's basketball moved to 30-4 (17-4 seconds) on Sunday, after capturing the 2025 championship in 11 years, the team's first league crown. The 3 -year year under head coach Todd Golden continues to see Florida, which is increasing to heights that have not been seen for over a decade, and the Gators are now entering the NCAA tournament 2025 as No. 1 -seed in the West region.

The expectations were raised for Florida, which is still the best victory in the nation this season (in Auburn), and an enormous curriculum vitae that has become even stronger in the past few days.

The Gators moved for a place in the College basketball ranking on Monday when it fell in the AP Top 25 in front of the Tigers in No. 3 slot. The UF was held to the top six in a row for 10 weeks. For four weeks she has set up number 2 in the AP Top 25 four weeks ago since March 17, 2014, the last survey of this regular season.

Florida has had a place in the coaches in the coaches survey -also before Auburn -in 3rd place in the coaches ranking, which the Gators defeated by nine points on the street. UF remains number 4 in the net ranking with an 11: 4 record against Quadrant 1 opponent, 20-4 against the first two quadrants. The NCAA selection committee used these ranking lists, which largely evaluate the quality of the victories and losses as part of its process in the selection of the NCAA tournament field.

The Gators played 10 games against teams in the rankings of this week and went 7: 3 in these competitions.
