Community tips lead to arrest after important baseball equipment from the U -Bahn School has been stolen

The Sheriff's office of Dickson County arrests a man who is accused of stealing devices from a baseball team from the Metro High School.

According to the coach of the James Lawson High School, Fox 17 news announced that the community on social media contributed to cracking the case.

Coach Coby Ginsberg said that the trip to support the high school children was full of fear- but the relentless reaction of the community helped to get the machines back, so that he and the students are now easier.

Ginsberg had advised until the opening day to make a terrible discovery on Sunday.

“It was just terrible, because you know that these are our things, as if we are collecting everything to get our equipment like this stuff for us of crucial importance to maintain our field every day,” said Ginsberg.

The security video has taken up someone who dragged the gator and the mower out of a garage at the high school.

“The actual event where you stole the machines occurred on Thursday evening, Friday morning, like two in the morning,” he said.

18-year-old Joe Featherson plays in the base team.

“I was actually shocked,” he said.

Ginsberg said the equipment costs $ 10,000 so that he posts something to publish something on Hip Bellevue to ask the community to “do their thing” and to find the people stealing from their students.

“The community, everything as behind, they shared it and within a few hours we had an indication of who it was, and within a few hours we knew where they were, and then they just waited for them to wait for them They from the search order, ”said Ginsberg.

The Dickson County's office confirms tips that have led to Clinton Watson's arrest. They carried out the search command in the Indian Hills Road in White Bluff.

This enabled the baseball team to return to them on Monday.

“If we didn't have that,” said Ginsberg, who pointed to the Gator, “the children had to do everything. It would have cost us the practice time and all the stuff.”

Now the children can play without concern and focus on achieving a lot for this season.

“It is a game changer. It enables us to know what we need in the field in relation to the infield or the outdoor field,” said Featherstone.

The Dickson County's office said Watson was charged with crime stolen property, but further charges are expected. Ginsberg claims that the metropolitan police were not involved in the investigation, but the two counties that have occurred to help and the social media community means everything.
