Community tips lead to the capture of two men who are to be sought in Klamath Falls because of murder

On Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 11:02 p.m., patrol officers from the Klamath police authority, Fall on a report on a shootout on the 2328 Bihn Street in Klamath. Jai Jackson, twenty-three years (23), had called 9-1-1 and reported that he was shot into his chest. Living measures were carried out as officials on site, but Jai Jackson had succumbed to his injuries. Detectives of the investigative unit were called and the Major Crime Team from Klamath County was activated. During the examination, witnesses were found and reported that Jackson got into a physical argument with two other men, and one of them shot him into his chest. The suspects were identified as Malacky Rodgers and Garin Riddle JR, both are twenty (20) years old. After shooting, both Rodgers and Riddle Jr. fled the scene.

On Saturday, March 1, 2025, around 4:30 p.m., Malacky Rodgers was taken into custody and detained. A short time later, Garrin Riddle Jr. was also taken into custody without further incidents and was taken into custody. Rodgers was submitted for a violation of the probation in the Klamath County prison, and Riddle Jr. was submitted in the 2nd degree for murder.
