Criminals that were arrested with narcotics stolen stolen personal information

A tip that received the Sheriff of the Polk County last week has led to the arrest of two criminals with several fees.

Detectives with the Department of Narcotics in Polk County and Criminal Investigation received credible information that Felon Kassey Jordan (42) wanted, lived in a residence under construction in the picturesque loop area of ​​Polk County.

On arrival, the detectives came across a female topic on the front door, which provided a wrong name and a false date of birth. She claimed that Jordan was previously at the location but gone. When Detectives ensured the residence, they came across a male suspect that also provided incorrect identifying information.

During the examination, the female suspect applied for permission to call up clothing and identified a few jogging pants than hers. After the decline in jogging pants, detectives discovered methamphetamine in a bag and stolen checks from a nearby residence in the other. In addition, a methamphetamine smoker was observed in a simple point of view, which contained a large amount of methamphetamine.

The investigators used tattoo recordings to confirm positively that the female suspect was Jordan.

Jordan was charged with three crimes, including the possession of a controlled substance 4-200 grams, a fraudulent possession between 10 and 50 credit/debit cards and fraudulent possession of information (between 10 and 50). Jordan also had two arrest warrants, one with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, pardon and probation, and the other from a slump in the building accusation in Chambers County.

Jason Paul Kramer, 47, from Baytown, was arrested and charged with two crimes, including disabled fears/persecution of a well -known criminal and possession of a controlled substance between 4 to 200 grams. He also had an arrest warrant for organized criminal activities in Polk County.

On Tuesday, Detectives carried out a follow-up examination of the stolen information that was recovered by Jordan. They found that a victim had previously reported the theft of his motorhome trailer in a neighboring circle that contained his birth certificate, his military prices and his passport. Detectives contacted the victim and confirmed the restoration of his stolen documents and provided their colleagues in the neighboring district with Jordan's identity as a suspect in theft.

In addition, detectives were contacted by a second victim who had seen Jordan's arrest online, and asked about a missing debit card that she had dropped in a company. The victim was able to receive surveillance material from the shop manager, with a female description of Jordan recording the card and tried to use it for a purchase. Detective confirmed that the victim's debit card was one of the stolen elements that were restored during the execution of the search command. The victim was in the process of reporting the attempted fraud with debit cards, and the local authorities were informed about recovery.
