D20 teacher was released before the criminal misconduct after an inappropriate touch

Colorado Springs, Colorado (Krdo) – A teacher of the TimberView Middle School was released by the police department of Colorado Springs (CSPD) after being accused of inapprising two students in class, the police said.

According to the CSPD, they received a report on the allegations on March 13 and were also aware of several social media contributions that circulated through the allegations.

According to the CSPD, the crimes against child unit were notified, and several detectives and investigators were in the case.

Several students and employees were interviewed, the police said. Ultimately, CSPD said that on the basis of the currently known information, it had not determined a probable reason. The teacher was not charged or arrested for a crime.
