Daily Signal announces a new host, video for 'Top News in 10' Show

The Daily Signal leads its popular “Top News in 10” -Taily News programs with a new host and the introduction of a video format for the first time in the history of the show. Tony Kinnett, moderator of “The Tony Kinnett Cast”, takes the helm as the new anchor of the show.
