The two crimes and five offenses were based on a complaint that was submitted last month about an allegedly threatening incident with Rodriguez and a woman known to him, according to the arrest warrant against his arrest.

According to the arrest warrant, the complaint was submitted by a friend of the woman who says that the police had contacted the woman and she told them that Rodriguez was verbally and physically abusive.

According to the arrest warrant, on February 4, she got into a physical examination of Rodriguez with Rodriguez on February 4, in which she said that he had grabbed her neck. She also mentioned an incident in December, where she said he had hit her in the face and the police were involved in the arrest warrant.

The victim – which the police said was “visibly upset” when they interviewed them, told them, Rodriguez had a weapon, threatened a “ball in the head” on February 10 and “had shaped similar threats about their parents in the past”.

The Danbury police received an arrest warrant against Rodriguez 'arrest and accused him of the threat of second degree and two attacks by the third degree on February 24, as court records, according to the discovery of a firearm and ammunition in his home, was also charged because of two weapon -related crimes.

An indictment report and an affidavit that was submitted to the State Superior Court in Danbury said that the police carried out an arrest warrant in Rodriguez 'residence that day.

After reading his Miranda rights, the report states that Rodriguez waived his right to stay still and agreed to speak to the police on site – until he was asked about the presence of a firearm in the house.

At this point, the police said that Rodriguez had no longer answered questions and had been brought to the Danbury police headquarters to process the arrest warrant.

With the oral permission of someone else at the crime scene, the indictment report said that the police had searched the room in which Rodriguez remained in the residence and found a pistol with 10 rounds in a 13-round magazine as well as two loose rounds and a holster in a clothing container.

According to the police, a search of the serial number of the weapon in the National Crime Information Center/Connecticut Online Criminal Communication Telepressing System has not returned any hits that “Rodriguez is a well-known criminal and therefore cannot have firearms”.

In the report you will not find any further information about Rodriguez 'condemnation or convictions for crimes or convictions.
