Date of court for Tomahawk woman, who is charged because of the first, killing of husband

Tomahawk, Wisconsin (WSAW)-For a 43-year-old woman who was accused of stabbing and killed her husband, a future court date was determined.

Michelle Sanderson is charged with ruthless first degree murder, an officer and disordered behavior are hindered. Online court files show that a preliminary hearing will be held on April 16. If a judge decides whether there is enough evidence in the case of the case to go to court.

Richard Sanderson died on January 9th in a Tomahawk hospital. According to court documents, the Sheriff office received a 911 at 9:55 p.m.. The caller then drove the man to the Tomahawk Aspirus Hospital. Richard Sanderson died in the hospital at 10:25 p.m.

According to the criminal complaint, a witness said Michelle and Richard visited and found that they would argue all evening. The witness told the investigators that he saw Michelle stabbed the victim with a steak knife.
