Day 2 Preliminations of heat blade

Good morning, swimming fans, or rather, good afternoon for those of you Eastcoasters. The first preliminary meeting of the 2025 Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships is about to go.

After Texas acted their BIG 12 championships against some SEC titles, the Big 12 on the side of men and women will look for new champions, since Texas, Texas A & M and Nebraska are all in different conferences.

The ASU, new to the Big 12, brought a hot start on the way last night when both their women and men teams swept the 200 Medley and 800 Free Relays, whereby the ASU men set up new meetings in both. This morning, both teams will try to build on this success, as they keep the top seeds at everyone except for a swimming events.

In the 500 Free Asus Deniz Ertan I will search 1-2 with training partners Alexa Reyna As the couple of Sun Devils will try to ward off the rivals of the state Malia Rausch by Arizona. Both Ertan and intoxication, as her respective schools bounced off at conferences, with Rausch her college career at Osu and Ernan at Georgia Tech, where she won the 500 Free in 2023 and won this to the third different conference championships on which She took part in last year's PAC-12 swimming.

In the 200 in the 200, ASU stops at the alleged A final, with six swimmers being sown under the top 8 with seniors Charli Brown (1: 57.50) as top seeds. Houston's Evelyn Entrekin is the highest non-Asu swimmer that arrives as 5th seeds (1: 59.97).

On the other hand and maybe because of its nature, the 50 free will see a wide -open field. ASU is still sown to bring a large number of swimmers to the A final because they have three in the upper eight, but but Caroline Bentz (21.80) have to prevent Arizona Lexi Duchsherer (22.19) and Utah Erin Palmer (22.25). Last night in the 200 Medley relay was 21.43, but the couple of former PAC-12 rival was close behind and separated 21.55 and 21.61.

The ASU, which is handled by a NCAA title last year, would assume that they have a strangle area on the events, but it is TCUS Geremia Freri (1: 43.89) and Cincinnati Hunter Gubeno (1: 44.65) that on 200 while sitting. That in the ASU corps is in a reconstruction phase. Leon Marchand Gte pro, David Schlict Completion and Owen McDonald And Hubert Kos transmitted.

In the Freesties of 500 and 50, however, the dominance of ASU will fully use, as in the 500 free, Daniel Matheson (4: 15.92) and Reece Grady (4: 16.80) You own the only two entry times at 4:18 a.m. and are only two of the five Sun Devils sown under the top night. And although that may seem a lot, the 50 free of men have the opportunity to have an all-asu-a final.

Ilya Kharun The heat plate with a seed in 18.51, shortly before the teammates Jonny Kulow (18.78) and Tommy Palmer (18.88). In fact, Asus Sprint -Dominance is so high that you hold the best six places with Arizona Tomas Lukminas Representation of the first non-Asu swimmer in the 50 free men (7th-16th-19.53); ASU is, however, Christian Ostendorf (9.-19.57) and Tiago Behare (11.-19.68) will surely try to join the A-Final.
