Washington – More than three dozen democratic legislators asked President Donald Trump on Monday to dismiss the dozens of Dogge leader Elon Musk, and argued that the new Republican government had illegally released dozens of government officials whose agencies have examined or pursued the companies of Musk.

The legislators of Sens. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass. And Cory Booker, Dn.J., and the top democrats of the committees of the House Oversight and the Justice, Reps. Gerry Connolly, D-VA., Jamie Raskin, D-Md. – I asked in a letter that was sent to the Congress of his second term on Tuesday evening before the first joint address of the President.

The removals of the administration of agency managers and workers affected 11 federal authorities who carried out 32 ongoing investigations, complaints or assertiveness against Musk companies, including Tesla, SpaceX and Neuralink, as the legislators stated.

“These shots have removed the exact people in our government who blame Mr. Musk and his companies for the persecution of the law and protect everyday Americans from threats to health, welfare, security and economic well -being,” they only wrote in the letter with USA today.

For example, the National Labor Relations Board opened at least a dozen cases of unfair Labor Practice against Tesla and SpaceX for unfair labor practices last year, and the Federal Election Commission supervised the complaints last year that Musk broke the financial law for campaign financing. Trump tried to remove the leaders of both panels.

Many of these officials were confirmed by the US Senate and have legal requirements that have to be met before they can be removed from office, they write how the notification of the congress, before the general inspectors were released or only released the reason before the dismissal of members of the NLRB.

The Democrats' proposal and the Ministry of Government Efficiency, which has been released by Muschus, has been in line with tens of thousands of federal workers since the beginning of this year, which has released tens of thousands of federal workers.

Trump has defended Musk's efforts and argues that it is trying to reduce the government by eliminating waste, fraud and abuse. During his first cabinet seats last week, Trump joked that the helpers of every agency who was dissatisfied with Musk's work should “throw away”.

“Some do not agree a bit, but for the most part I will tell them that everyone is not only happy, they are thrilled,” said Trump.

Many of Musk's shots were encountered with complaints, as did other Doge efforts to access sensitive personal data from agencies such as the Ministry of Education and the Internal Revenue Service.

According to the latest surveys, the public is divided into the cuts. A CBS News/YouGov survey carried out from February 26th to 28th, 51% of Trump's efforts to reduce employees and 49%. A survey by NPR/PBS News/Marist from February 24th to 26th showed that 55% of those surveyed gave that the cuts do more damage than benefits and 39% of those surveyed had a favorable opinion of Muschus.

On Tuesday evening, Musk will take part in Trump's speech to the Congress, where the President will use part of his comments to advertise the Federal Government that Musk led.
