Demon Slayer -Kimetsu No Yaiba The Hinokami Chronicles 2 games published date and trailer unveiled

What a great weekend for Demon Slayer Fans. We don't just have the release date for the first film in the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba – Infinity Castle Arc Trilogy, but Sega also revealed the start date for his upcoming game Demon Slayer -Kimetsu No Yaiba The Hinokami Chronicles 2.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba – The Hinokami chronicles is an arena fight game with which the players can experience the unforgettable moments of the anime adaptation of Koyoharu Gotouge Manga series. The first game in the series was developed by Cyberconnect2 and published by Sega worldwide. It was published in 2021. This was followed by the events of the first season of the Anime series together with Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The film: Mugen Train.

Now Cyberconnect and Sega are preparing to publish the next edition. Demon Slayer -Kimetsu No Yaiba The Hinokami Chronicles 2. The eagerly expected sequel will be on August 5, 2025 in North America and Europe for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Steam and the Nintendo Switch family published by systems (ie the Switch 2).

The game also has a VS mode in which they can be selected from a variety of new characters to play as Muichiro Tokito and Mitsuri Kanroji, the two Hashira, which adopt an upper demon in the village arch in swords. The full roster contains the eighteen characters from the original Demon Slayer – Kimetsu No Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles, the demons in the free update and the characters from the DLC packs of the entertainment district.

After a start date has been set, Sega shared details on the expenditure of the game and the availability of the pre -order. Digital pre -orders begin on Monday, March 3, 2025, for PlayStation, Xbox and Steam. Pre-orders for the switch version follow at a later date.
