Deputy shootout appeared in Rosemead during the barricade incident

The Sheriff Department of Los Angeles County examines a deputy shootout that took place in Rosemead on Thursday morning.

The deputies reacted to the 8700 block of Scott Street at 12:30 p.m. in order to obtain a barricade incident.

The LASD said that the MPs had a search order for a barricaded arson suspect at the shootout.

A woman was hit by shots and taken to a local hospital. It was later declared dead.

No MPs were injured during the incident. The shooting further examines the department.
