I know that the restaurant model is a chaos: overpriced drinks subsidize undervalued food. Which doesn't work if people don't drink because they have delivered everything. A bottle of wine is usually 2 or three times as high as the restaurant. Some places try it 4 times. Cocktails now regularly cost $ 16 to $ 19. If Alyssa and I drink something, we usually have one and then share one. $ 18 x 3 -$ 54. Add 5 US dollars and 12 US dollars in tip, it is an experience of $ 71. Crazy! So imagine our surprise when there are bargains this week: We had a great 11 dollar drinks at Bina and at Big Bore Barbecue in Hanover 10 US dollars! The 10 dollar drink is still there !! Restaurants: If you want to sell more drinks, let us bring the prices back to earth! -Jason
