Diddy racketeering test date was officially determined

After the quick detention in September 2024, Diddy (real name Sean Combs) was officially charged for scraps. Sex trade with violence, fraud or coercion; and transport to prostitution.

Since then, the fellow mogul has been hit with a variety of civil lawsuits while fighting to be released at house arrest (without success). Now Diddy's day has officially arrived in court. While Diddy has already appeared before a judge in connection with his ongoing case, no negotiation date had been confirmed yet – until now. Accordingly AllhiphopThe presiding judge in Diddy's racketeering and sex trade process has put all related data in the southern district of the New York legal calendar.

Today (March 18), the US district judge Arun Subramanian has updated the once centative data with the now confirmed schedule.

Based on the court documents, a preparatory conference for April 25 was determined. Then the selection of the jury in Diddy's racketeering and sex trade procedures begins on April 28th. The lawyers on both sides will question the appropriate jury on May 9 on May 9.

On May 12, the opening of explanations of both the public prosecutor and the DIDDY defense team should complete the process from the process.

Diddy denied any misconduct and claim against him.
